My decade started with an epic blowout- hot rods, puppies, a roast pig, many libations, the great outdoors and some really good friends. Couldn't have been better and I hope yours was good too.

It's actually one of those old school dentists apparatus with the bowl to spit in and the arms for drills etc, but as I don't know it's real name I'm now calling it the saguaro machine as that's perfect.
